At Torqovaris S.A.S. (“Torqovaris”) we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and safeguard the information obtained through the torqovaris.com website and our real estate crowdlending services.
2. Data we collect
We collect: (a) identifying data you provide voluntarily through forms (first name, last name and email address); (b) browsing data obtained through cookies and similar technologies (IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited); (c) communication data when you interact with our official channels.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: (i) respond to inquiries and send you information about available real estate projects; (ii) improve the site experience and our services; (iii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations, in particular those set by Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the regulations of the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV).
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your freely given, express and informed consent when you complete the subscription form, on compliance with applicable legal obligations and on Torqovaris’s legitimate interest in managing the commercial relationship.
5. Data retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the indicated purposes and, thereafter, for the periods required by law (a minimum of five years under Argentine regulations). Once those periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with technology providers (hosting, analytics, email) acting as data processors under contract and with competent authorities where the law so requires.
